We have designed these design worksheets to help clients submit their design ideas. These worksheets and contracts are essential to making the design process run smoothly. Hopefully these will help aid the customer in moving step-by-step through the design process so that we will all accomplish the design objectives.
Website Planning Worksheet
This worksheet walks a customer through the design process step-by-step. It includes areas to indicate the purpose of the website, desired domain name, basic structure (including navigation and graphics), and other information to help the customer develop their specific web design needs.
Website Content Worksheet
This worksheet helps the client layout the various pages and files for the desired website. Each page contains a grid to plan out the page, content and any attached files or documents that are needed for the website. Also, the worksheet helps to explore whether a client wants forms or downloadable documents on their site.
Website Design Contract
This is the basic form contract for a standard website design (note: a standard website does not provide for any ecommerce site). The contract presents what is covered under our standard website design package and the terms and conditions for the web design.
Website Maintenance Agreement
Besides designing the site, we can also help maintain the website. This basic form contract lays out the parameters needed for KachelmanDesigns to continue to update and change your site when requested.
